Floral Arrangements

One of Flannery’s favorite pastimes is making flower arrangements. In her free-time she pieces together imaginary bouquets. If you are interested in a fresh cut bouquet please reach out. We also do occasional pop up sales via social media, so pay attention to that! Arrangements range in price depending on size. In general, one with 15-20 stems is $12.

DIY Buckets

Do you want flowers to do your own arranging? We sell 4 gallon buckets of cut flowers for your next project. Buckets can be a mix of stems or a single variety, depending on quantities. Buckets are $60.

Dried Flowers

One of. the prettiest ways of preserving flowers is by drying them for ornaments or wreaths. Some of the varieties I’ve dried include • Statice • Strawflowers • Globe Amaranth • Dusty Millers • Celosias and more.

Oyster Mushroom Bucket Kits

We have pre-made kits of grey dove oyster mushrooms, which include a 5 gallon pail full of straw and spawn so you can watch your own mushrooms grow and enjoy them fresh. The kits come with instructions and will produce 2-3 flushes of mushrooms, for a total of about 2-3 pounds! Grey doves are a cooler season mushroom with optimal fruiting temps between 45-65F, meaning the kits will produce in the Spring and then again in the Fall.  Kits are fun to watch and you get the freshest mushrooms.  Kits are $25 with $5 back when we pick up the 5 gallon bucket.

Inoculated Shiitake Mushroom Logs

Now is your chance to grow your own shiitake mushrooms. We have Tailwind Acres shiitake logs that come complete with directions for how to care for them as long as you have some shaded outdoor space to keep your log. Let us do the labor intensive work of cutting, drilling holes and plugging with shiitake spawn. The logs will fruit (aka produce mushrooms) yearly, producing around two pounds of shiitakes. A properly cared for log will generate mushrooms yearly for every inch that it is in diameter. Logs are $75.

Fresh Produce

We grow a wide variety of staple veggies such as peppers, tomatoes, onions, beets, squash and greens. We also grow and cure garlic. Contact us if you’re interested in some farm fresh goodies!
