Runner's Retreat

Join Iowa’s fastest running couple, Adam Bohach and Flannery Cebin-Bohach, for a weekend of everything running. We’ll scamper scenic NE Iowa routes together. You’ll learn body hacks which will keep you healthy! We’ll be joined by Molly Gallagher, a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) for runner specific yoga. We’ll address the mental aspect of the sport through formal and informal conversations. You bet you will get sweaty and a little stinky, but this will be a weekend retreat you’ll not forget!

Mushroom Cultivation Workshop

Adam will lead participants in a day long workshop featuring everything fungi! After some general overview of fungi, we’ll roll up our sleeves to inoculate logs with shiitake spawn from 10a.m.-12p.m. and from 1p.m.-3p.m. we’ll make oyster mushroom buckets.

Price is $60 for the day, which includes your own shiitake log and an oyster bucket. If you would like to attend for only one of demonstrations, please reach out to Flannery at flannerycerbin@gmail.com. One more thing to note: you’ll want to bring your own power driver, if you have one as well as a sack lunch (we have a fridge).
